2013 Higher Education Tax Reporting Trends Project

print
Our 2013 higher education tax reporting survey had 223 respondents across 38 states. See how they responded to questions about:

  • Chapel services
  • Conflict of interest policy updates
  • The use of outside vendors for food services
  • Receipt of non-cash gifts
  • Youth summer camps
  • Sports programs

… and more. The white paper examines tax issues related to these items and activities, and looks at Form 990 data from those institutions that file. We also share key points from the IRS’s Colleges and Universities Compliance Project Final Report.
